Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance and preventative maintenance teams across all manufacturing shifts.
- Identify potential problem areas and define and implement solutions.
- Follow up Preventive Maintenance plan.
- Organizing Technician team to support Maintenance activity.
- Involve any problem find the root cause and take a lead to improve the machine issue.
- Other duties assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering.
- 4 - 5 years of working experience as a Maintenance Engineer.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Auto CAD, and Solid Work.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
