Italthai Industrial Co., Ltd.1. Responsible for all concerned recruitment and selection tasks to meet quality and timeline
2. Update vacancy list and preparing job advertisements and deciding how and where jobs are posted
3. Ensure proper processes, forms and material have been followed and completed during the recruitment and selection
4. Ensure job descriptions and person specifications are up to date
5. Conduct Onboarding program and follow up performance evaluation (probation)
6. Conducts research into the latest techniques, tools, partnerships, and practices for recruitment, talent attraction, employer branding, candidate experience and come up with recommendations
7. Produce and monitor vacancy report, new hire report, and any other necessary reports related to recruitment
8. Provide and review an employment contract including announce the warm welcome new employee to workforce.
9. Create strong talent pipelines for current and future roles through diverse sourcing strategies; advocate, educate and influence key stakeholders on the diversity strategy, process, engagement, and conversion of talent throughout the candidate lifecycle
10. Perform other related tasks and special projects that may be required
