Job Description:
• Providing support to Overseas Trademark Department by completing a variety of administrative tasks relating to our overseas trademark matters and back office functions
• Assisting in drafting of format letters / reports, invoices, and other documents in relation to trademark matters
• Monitoring deadlines and sending reminders
• Assisting in notarization and legalization of legal documents
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating arrangements for meetings
• Other duties as assigned by lawyers
Preferred but not absolutely required:
• Knowledge of trademark law and at least 1-2 years’ experience in the field of trademarks
