• ให้คำปรึกษา แก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆเบื้องต้นแก่ พนักงานขาย
• แจ้งข่าวสาร ข้อบังคับจากบริษัทให้กับพนักงานขาย
• ดูแล จัดตารางการทำงาน-วันหยุด ของพนักงานขาย
• รวบรวมบัตรตอกเข้างาน จัดเตรียมเอกสารตามที่pc ขอ
• ติดต่อประสานงานกับหัวหน้าแผนกของห้าง และคลังสินค้า
• จัดทำ PC Performance Report
• ดูแลความเรียบร้อยหน้าร้านและประสานงานกับทางทีมช่างในการวาง layout ในกรณีที่มีการ renovate หรือ ทำร้านใหม่ในช่วงเวลากลางคืน
• เทรนนิ่งพนักงานและให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับตัวสินค้า, วิธีการปูเตียง/พับผ้าปูที่นอน/ผ้าขนหนูและจัดเข้าเซ็ทให้สวยงาม
• ผลักดันยอดขายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่บริษัทวางไว้
• ดูแลภาพรวมการจัดเรียงสินค้า ความสวยงามในการจัดหน้าร้านตาม guideline ของแบรนด์
• ให้ความช่วยเหลือกับพนักงานหน้าร้านที่เกี่ยวกับการขายรวมถึงการปิดการขายเมื่อเจอลูกค้าเคสที่ยากๆ
• ออกตรวจสาขาทุกสัปดาห์ในวันที่ on duty (ยกเว้นวันหยุดประจำของตัวเอง) สามารถปรับเปลี่ยนการเดินทางและสาขาได้ตามความเหมาะสม 

• มีความอดทนต่อการทำงาน
• รักในงานขาย
• มีความสามารถในการเจรจา ต่อรอง
• มีประสบการณ์การขายมากกว่า 5 ปี
