รวบรวมข้อมูล จัดเตรียม และตรวจสอบเอกสาร ประกอบการตรวจปล่อยสินค้าที่ด่านศุลกากรที่นำเข้าคำนวณและตั้งเบิกค่าใช้จ่ายในการตรวจปล่อยสินค้าติดต่อสายเรือ และชำระค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ ก่อนรับใบสั่งปล่อยสินค้าติดต่อประสานงานกับด่านศุลกากรที่นำเข้า ในการขออนุญาตนำเข้ากับหน่วยงานที่ควบคุม ก่อนประสานงานกับศุลกากร และชำระค่าภาระสินค้า รวมทั้งค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้การตรวจปล่อยสินค้าเป็นไปอย่างเรียบร้อยประสานงาน ส่งมอบเอกสารการตรวจปล่อยให้กับผู้รับจ้างขนส่งสินค้า (รถหัวลาก) ในการเคลื่อนย้ายสินค้าไปยังจุดพักสินค้า และ/หรือ โรงงานติดต่อหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อทำการถอดอายัดสินค้านำเข้าที่ถูกควบคุมประสานกับโรงพักสินค้า เพื่อขอใบสำรวจความเสียหายของสินค้า สำหรับใช้ประกอบในการเคลมประกันภัยปิดบัญชีค่าใช้จ่ายในการเคลียร์สินค้า ภายหลังจากสินค้าเข้าโรงงาน รวมทั้งส่งเอกสารชุดสินค้าที่ใช้สิทธิประโยชน์ทางภาษีให้กับส่วนงานที่เกี่ยวข้องงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

- Import clearance process under BOI inbound. - Control cost for import and export shipment. - Follow up and support Air , Sea freight. - Monitor every shipment since pick up shipment at origin until arrival BKK or delivery to customer. - Prepare and control document etc. HAWB , invoice , packing list , pre alert ,AWB and B/L . - Prepare monthly expense report to manager meeting. -Support for Export procedure and documentation requirement. -Monitor shipments to ensure compliance of regulations. -Tracking and tracing the progress of shipments. -Negotiation on whether or not to be subject to BOI. -Management and execution of BOI related matters as a whole.
