ติดตาม และตรวจสอบกิจกรรมการรับสินค้าของฝ่ายคลังสินค้าสำเร็จรูป ทั้งสินค้าที่รับมอบจากฝ่ายผลิต หรือยาคืนจากลูกค้า และนำข้อมูลการรับสินค้าเข้าสู่ระบบ SAP พร้อมจัดทำรายงานการรับสินค้าให้ฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ติดตามพื้นที่การวาง การใช้และจัดเก็บสินค้าสำเร็จรูปให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด ติดตามการจัดเก็บสินค้าภายในคลังสินค้าให้เป็นระเบียบ สะอาด และได้สภาวะการจัดเก็บตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด ควบคุม ติดตามปริมาณสินค้า และทรัพย์สิน ในคลังสินค้า ไม่ให้เกิดความสูญเสีย และเสียหาย ประสานงานและร่วมในการตรวจนับสินค้ากับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายทะเบียน ,ฝ่ายบัญชีต้นทุน เป็นต้น ควบคุมการตัดสต๊อกสินค้าในระบบ SAP ตรวจสอบการนำสินค้าขึ้นรถจัดส่งสินค้าทั้งของบริษัทฯ และบริษัทฯ ขนส่ง ตรวจสอบ ติดตาม และประสานงาน ในการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือ เครื่องใช้ เครื่องจักร รวมถึงรถยนต์จัดส่งสินค้า ควบคุม ติดตาม ตรวจสอบ และเสนอแนะ การปรับปรุงพัฒนางานด้านคลังสินค้า เช่น งาน GDP, ISO, งานด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร , งานด้านตัวชี้วัด KPI เป็นต้น

1. ควบคุมวางแผนการสุ่ม และเบิกจ่ายวัตถุดิบ และบรรจุภัณฑ์ให้สอดคล้องกับ Sampling Plan และความต้องการด้านการผลิตยา2. ควบคุมคุณภาพการสุ่ม และเบิกจ่ายวัตถุดิบ และบรรจุภัณฑ์ โดยป้องกันการเสื่อมสภาพ การชารุดเสียหาย และการเกิดปนเปื้อนระหว่างการสุ่ม และการเบิกจ่าย3. ควบคุมคุณภาพห้องชั่งวัตถุดิบ และห้องสุ่ม Primary Packing เป็นตามข้อกาหนดด้าน GMP ในด้าน Classification4. ตรวจสอบและกาหนดสภาวะการจัดเก็บ Raw Material และ Primary Packing ให้เหมาะสมเพื่อให้คงสภาพตามอายุที่กาหนด5. จัดการให้มีการตัด Stock สินค้าหลังการสุ่ม และการเบิกจ่ายให้ตรงกันทั้ง physical และระบบ SAP6. จัดการให้มีตรวจสอบและควบคุมคุณภาพงานพิมพ์สิ่งพิมพ์ของแผนก Printing Center เพื่อให้งานมีความถูกต้อง และเป็นไปตามแผนการใช้งานที่ได้กาหนดไว้
