• Act as center point of contact with customers for booking process, document confirmation/correction and related clarifications (including amendments)
• Verifying the job is priced correctly upon sending the booking confirmation
• Provide feedback on shipment and process improvement to Supervisor or directly to Head of Department
• Work closely with other departments to support the booking process and expand more business

Age in between 24-35 years
Bachelor Degree or higher in BA Chemistry Logistics Business International Management or any related field.
1-5 years experienced in freight forwarding,Customer Service or Logistics business
Able to work with multi tasks simultaneously and under pressure
Strong interpersonal skill Good coordination Good Relation and Service Mind
Good Command of reading and writing English
High responsible and willing to learn
Having Service Minded active, analytical thinking and Negotiation Character
Willing to work long hours and After working hours and Proficient computer skills in MS Word Excel and Power Point
