หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

ดูแลงานขาย บริการให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำให้ข้อมูลโครงการให้แก่ลูกค้าที่เข้ามาเยี่ยมชม
รับผิดชอบงานขายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
ดูแลและตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าและแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆของลูกค้าให้เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
ดูแลสำนักงานขาย อุปกรณ์การขายต่างๆให้อยู่ในสภาพเรียบร้อยและพร้อมใช้งาน
จัดทำรายงานการขายในรายวัน, รายสัปดาห์และรายเดือน
รายงานผลการติดตามลูกค้าที่เข้ามาชมโครงการ
ติดตามลูกค้างวดดาวน์ของลูกค้าและลูกค้าที่ค้างทำสัญญา
ดูแลงานด้านงานเอกสารต่างๆ ของแผนก เช่น จัดทำใบเสนอราคา จัดเตรียมเอกสารสัญญา หรือเอกสารอื่น ๆ รวมทั้ง จัดเก็บเอกสารเข้าไฟล์อย่างเป็นระเบียบ
ประสานงานกับลูกค้าต่างประเทศ
งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติ

เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 35 ปีขึ้นไป
วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ทุกสาขา
มีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี มี Service mindและอัธยาศัยที่ดี
มีความกระตือรือร้น อดทน ขยัน
สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
มีพื้นฐานความรู้ด้านการตลาด และมีประสบการณ์การทำงานร่วมกันกับแผนกการตลาดเป็นอย่างดี
ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม Microsoft office ได้ดี
มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี
ถ้าเคยมีประสบการณ์ไปออกงานขายที่ต่างประเทศ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีประสบการณ์การขายคอนโด low-rise หรือ high-rise มาก่อน
ทำงานสัปดาห์ละ 5 วัน หยุดวัน พุธ และพฤหัสบดี แต่ต้องสามารถรับโทรศัพท์ได้ทุกวัน
หากใช้ภาษาจีนในการสื่อสารได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

เงินเดือน: เริ่มต้น 50,000 บาทแล้วแต่ความสามารถและประสบการณ์
