o Manage all recruitment process of Head Office and Factory such of sourcing, advertising, selection process, interviewing, job offering.
o Deal proper work condition agreement with a recruitment agency.
o Initiate various methods to recruit such of efficient social media platforms, networking events, universities, campus partnership to obtain potential candidates.
o Execute a regular recruitment and future plan to support the project team.
o Facilitate employee on-boarding such as following up their work equipment, completed employee hiring document check list of a new employee.
o Updating orientation content and execute employee orientation program to foster positive attitude toward Company objective.
o Assisting Supervisor to complete a manpower planning.
o Tracking weekly/monthly recruitment dashboard and analysis.
o Supporting HR’s activities and other assignment.
