Procurement

• Global sourcing information of requisition/purchased items in the localize and domestic (Related with Industrial, Automotive, Electronic parts).
  
• Manage supplier's performance to achieve the required quality and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate about negotiating with suppliers and handle assessment, Request for quotation from supplier and evaluation supplier performance.
• Implement and manage cost savings ideas and develop and maintain professional relationships with all supplier and prepare the purchasing report to supervisor.
• Make confident and minimize risk for entering contract agreement including preparation of the draft contract, general term and purchasing agreement with suppliers.
• Monitor all purchase requisition to determine correctness and request for proposals and quotations, negotiations price for maximum benefit.
• Analyst price comparison, reasonable price adjustment, vendor selection & risk.
• Negotiate conflicting issues across business segments, areas, functions and external counterparts.
• Entry procurement records such as those relating to items or services purchased, cost, delivery, product quality or performance.
• Management all supplier contracts, agreement and assist to administer best pricing strategies for all purchase and control supplier evaluation and recruiting qualified vendors.

Logistic

• Coordinate with oversea for shipment arrangement for both import and export.
  
• Process transportation to be proper in term of cost and in-time delivery.
• Coordinate with oversea for shipment arrangement for both import and export.
• Verifying shipping documents. HS code and import & export permitted document.
• Coordinate with shipping for customs clearance process and warehouse for loading export cargo and unloading import cargo.
• Follow up import & export shipment.
• Prepare product cost-sheet and control the suppliers to process billing on-time.
• Process claim with insurance company and other parties.

BOI

• Coordinating and Processing to all application and document of BOI and Customs under shipping control and f forwarders.
  
• Collaborating with the consultant to maximize the privilege to fit-in the company business.
• Receiving report scraps and return to export, landfill, Sales Domestic with adjusting maximum stock.

( Sales engineer / executive (IoT products & solutions))

• Gather and deliver customer requirements for company standard solutions at customer location.
  
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and solutions.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Engage daily with a variety of customers across industries to discover and understand their challenges.
• Evaluates competitive information, offerings and customer perspectives.
• Create and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
• Pre and post-sales customer management.
• Supports a sales strategy to increase market share.
• Other assigned tasks from top management team.

Mechatronic engineer (Solidworks))

• Designing, developing, and enhancing electro-mechanical systems and mechatronic devices.
• Creating automated systems and the software to control them.
• Direct and co-ordinate the activities of outsourced production.
• Schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets  specifications.
• Collaborate with product design, product testing and purchasing activities including new material sourcing,  coordinating and negotiating with oversea and local vendors.
• Prepare samples to customers and support marketing activities.
• Handle engineering document to support customer and ISO internal process i.e. customer-site diagram and layout,  engineering drawing in both of electrical and mechanical part, engineering flow.
• Conduct gap analysis to generate manufacturing cost savings opportunities in order to reduce cost and improve  production performance.
• Elimination of production faults, establishing ways of preventing technical faults and putting these into action.  Review  quality data, investigation root causes and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Create validation report until submit complete report to request Management approval.
• Improve product yield for mass production.
• Investigate, recommend and implement process changes that improve productivity and reduce manufacturing cost  with Engineering Change Notice.
• Provide troubleshooting, analytical and technical expertise in manufacturing issues, process start-up and process  implementation of new or modified product.

( ช่างติดตั้งระบบ IoT & network / ช่างดูแลบริการหลังการขาย )

• ควบคุม ดูแล ดำเนินการติดตั้งได้ตามแผนและมีคุณภาพ
• ประกอบและติดตั้งระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และ IoT ใน site งาน
• ติดตั้งระบบ automation ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมโดยเฉพาะ Sensor, RFID
• ติดตั้งระบบ network
• ซ่อมบำรุงระบบหลังการติดตั้ง
• สื่อสาร ประสานงานกับผู้ดูแลโครงการของลูกค้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• สอนวิธีการใช้งานลูกค้าหลังติดตั้ง
• ออกปฏิบัติงานตาม site งานที่หัวหน้างานมอบหมาย
