Responsibilities:
• Develops and motivates sales reps (team) by coaching and transferring the knowledge of sales techniques, brands and industry knowledge to meet and exceed our revenue targets
• Manages the performance of direct reports by developing accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing career counsel and guidance
• Ensuring that all MRs understand and adhere to all company’s policies, code of conduct and compliance requirements
• Leads client engagement by developing and managing relationships at the middle management and key decision maker levels for large and medium customers
• Manages sales forecasts with an awareness of inventory of SSL goods
• Stays up to date with and understands latest market developments and trends; provide guidance to MRs on deep, ongoing analysis of local market situation and lead the optimisation of sales channel / territory account mapping
• Works closely with Marketing and other supporting functions to enable our MRs to exceed the Customers’ expectations of Biogenetech – execute all marketing plans and activities brilliantly ie conferences, exhibitions and digital marketing activities
• Builds relationship with KOLs, facilitates speakers’ development in partnership with Marketing
