JOB PURPOSE:
Drive sales performance of assigned brands and achieve assigned responsibility in assigned territory through business planning, sales calls, product presentations, product knowledge test, follow the related business and salesforce effectiveness processes
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct sales activities to achieve sales performance of assigned products and territorities; promoting and selling our brands to HCPs in clinics, private and public hospitals and drugstores
Conduct business planning, sales call, professional product presentation and pass product and disease knowledge test
Attend trainings and develop the related sales competencies (customers’ profiling, call planning, post call analysis, business territory analysis) to build sales effectiveness
Work collaboratively with Area Sales Manager, Marketing and Stakeholders to conduct the multichannel marketing activities and engagement; sharing and educating product information; delivering product promotional messages; answering queries from HCPs; organising focus group meetings, medical conferences or trade exhibitions, and facilitating speakers’ development
Follow the related business and salesforce effectiveness processes
Carry out all sales activities to align with Biogenetech’s Code of Conduct and company standards (SOPs)
Others as agreed and assigned by Manager
