- Invoice & Billing Support: Assist in processing invoices, verifying billing details, and maintaining accurate records to support finance operations.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with project teams and related parties to collect information, share documents, and support workflow alignment across departments.
- Document & File Organization: Maintain organized digital filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of reports, project documents, and operational records while upholding confidentiality and compliance standards.
- Operational Administration: Support daily office operations by managing document flow, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks that help teams operate efficiently.
- Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, or a related field, 2 years working experiences would be advantages
- Organizational and Time Management: Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and keep office activities running smoothly
- Interpersonal & Professional Skills: Strong attention to details, discretion when handling confidential information
- Proficiency with Office Software & Hardware: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Office Equipments (printers, scanners, landline phone)
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication both Thai and English, professional email etiquette, and ability to interact effectively with cross-functional departments
