Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving sales objectives and target
- Expand customer base in responsible area and increase product line in current accounts
- Visit customers and prospects with Sales Manager and/or Regional Sales Manager and/or Business Manager to develop and maintain good relation
- Provide technical information to customers, for example introducing newly developed techniques or practices for using the company’s products
- Provides Sales Manager and/or Regional Sales Manager and/or Business Manager with regular feedback on trends, product reputation, competitive activity and customer satisfaction
- Advises on use of application of products
- Prepares sales forecasts
- Update CRM with visit reports and Pipeline for NBD
- Monitoring and analyzing competitor activities in the market
- Co-ordinates with Customer Service team
- Co-ordinates promotional activities
- Take care of the customer’s problems, issued and requests and either directly solve or pass them on to the responsible function for their resolution
- Ensure proper follow-up to the customer’s requests
- Follows up closely on customer reactions or needs
- Ensure back-up activities on territories assigned
- Do assigned-jobs as required by Senior Sale Executive and/or Sales Manager and/or Regional Sales Manager and/or Business Manager
