• Directs the execution of all financial, accounting, and data processing activities, reporting and general accounting procedures; prepares periodic operation and budget reports. Such as account payables, account receivables, fixed assets etc.
• Review and understand assigned accounts for accuracy and ensure that transactions are properly recorded.
• Manage the company’s closing accounting entries, provide preliminary reviews and make appropriate adjustment for the accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, taxation, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, fixed asset activity etc.
• Investigates daily variances and corrected errors to resolve discrepancies includes prepare monthly analysis.
• Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
• Liaises with the Revenue Department in regarding to all local tax and regulations and corporate income tax return.
• Ensure internal controls are adequate to safeguard company assets and the integrity of financial records to align with company policy.
• Ensure statutory tax fillings accurately and in are timely submitted. Review and liaise statutory accounts and tax filing and returns with external service providers.
• Responsible for the month-end closing process and monthly financial management accounts.
• Participate in Budgeting, Forecast, and other financial analysis to support the business decision.
• Corporate Income Tax belong BOI Regulation.
• Register a new vendor and update vendor related information.
• Help accounting manager in supervising and provide training to subordinates on finance and accounting functions.
• Any ad-hoc task or work as assigned by supervisor and/or management team
