หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

1. Post-Order Coordination & Execution.

- Coordinate with Enfourtech’s project management team, manufacturers, and customer, engineering teams to ensure accurate execution of orders.

- Manage post-order technical documentation, certifications, and compliance requirements.

2. Engineering Document Review & Approval.

- Review all engineering documents prepared by Application Engineers and Sales to ensure they align with customer requirements.

- Verify that the documents accurately reflect customer needs before submission to the manufacturer.

3. Problem-Solving & Customer Support.

- Act as the key contact for customers regarding post-order technical and engineering issues.

- Support the resolution of warranty claims, site issues, and technical clarifications.

- Work closely with the service workshop to facilitate valve integration, repairs, and service activities during the warranty period.

4. Communication & Team Coordination.

- Serve as a liaison between customers, manufacturers, service team and internal project management team to ensure seamless execution of projects.

- Track and update all relevant project data, ensuring alignment between stakeholders.

- Participate in internal meetings to provide updates on project execution and issue resolution.

คุณสมบัติ

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, Instrumentation, chemical or a related field.

- New graduates are very welcome to apply.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in project coordination.

- Ability to review engineering documents, verify compliance, and ensure accuracy before manufacturer submission.

- Good understanding of technical documentation, order execution processes, and project coordination.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with different stakeholders.

- Ability to work with customer engineering teams, manufacturers, project managers,

and service teams to ensure order fulfillment.

- Willingness to support warranty-related site visits when required.

- Ability to utilize Gen AI tools for work efficiency is preferred.
