หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Key Responsibilities:

1.Strategic Business Development

-Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.

-Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for new product launches, category expansion, and market entry strategies.

2.Channel & Customer Expansion

-Build and manage relationships with new and existing customers across various sales channels, including domestic and international markets.

-Lead negotiations and commercial agreements with key accounts in both B2C and B2B segments (e.g. manufacturers, pest control providers, hospitality businesses, government institutions).

3.Product and Portfolio Development

-Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Operations teams to innovate and optimize product offerings.

-Monitor product performance and recommend improvements or repositioning strategies based on market feedback and analytics.

4.Strategic Projects & Partnerships

-Drive pilot initiatives and partnership programs to penetrate new segments or geographies.

-Present business cases and strategic recommendations to senior management for new growth initiatives.

5.Performance Monitoring & Reporting

-Track and analyze KPIs such as new sales revenue, customer acquisition, customer retention, and B2B channel growth.

-Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for leadership.

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the FMCG and/or B2B sectors.
Proven track record in managing and developing both B2C (TT, MT, E-Commerce) and B2B (Industrial, Service Providers, HORECA) channels.
Strong strategic thinking, market analysis, and negotiation skills.
Experience working cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, and Product Development teams.
Prior experience in international trade or export markets is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required; additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Proactive and commercially driven, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Passionate about developing products and markets from the ground up.
Excellent communicator and team collaborator with a results-oriented approach.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with diverse stakeholders.

บริษัท เชอร์วู้ด คอร์ปอเรชั่น (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) ได้ทำการซื้อธุรกิจกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์เคมีที่ใช้ในบ้านเรือนจาก บริษัทเชลล์ แห่งประเทศไทยในปี 2539และดำเนินธุรกิจผลิตและจำหน่ายเคมีเคหะภัณฑ์ที่ใช้ในบ้านเรือน อุตสาหกรรมสาธารณสุขชุมชน และเคมีภัณฑ์เพื่อการเกษตรกรรมมาโดยตลอดโดยทุกผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีสารออกฤทธิ์ได้รับการขึ้นทะเบียนอย่างถูกต้องจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา(อย.) กระทรวงสาธารณสุข หรือกรมวิชาการเกษตรกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ รวมทั้งการควบคุมคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ทุกแบทช์ บริษัทฯได้มีการปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์เดิมและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่เพิ่มเติมมาโดยตลอด ปัจจุบันบริษัทฯมีผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ออกวางจำหน่ายแล้วมากกว่า220 ชนิด ภายใต้ 130เครื่องหมายการค้าที่จดทะเบียนเรียบร้อยแล้ว แบรนด์สินค้าที่มีชื่อเสียงได้แก่ เชนไดร์ท์ เชนการ์ด ทีโพล์ สเตดฟาส วาโปน่า ไบฟอร์ซ ฟิปฟอร์ซอิมิฟอร์ซ และมอสอะเวย์ เป็นต้นสินค้าในกลุ่มผลิตกำจัดปลวกและแมลงในบ้านเรือนสามารถขึ้นทะเบียนกับ APVMA หน่วยงานรับขึ้นทะเบียนสินค้าวัตถุมีพิษของประเทศออสเตรเลียแล้วยังจัดจำหน่ายได้แล้ว ทั้งยังส่งออกไปประเทศเพื่อนบ้านในประชาคมอาเซียน (AEC)แล้ว ปัจจุบันโรงงานผลิตสินค้าได้แยกเป็นสองแห่งคือกลุ่มกำจัดแมลงจะผลิตที่โรงงานหนึ่ง ซึ่งได้รับการรับรอง ISO9001 (Quality) ISO14001(Environment) และ GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)สำหรับโรงงานที่สอง จะผลิตสินค้ากลุ่มทำความสะอาดซึ่งได้รับการรับรองISO9001 (Quality) ISO14001 (Environment) GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) และ HACCP ผลิตภัณฑ์ของ บริษัท เชอร์วู้ด คอร์ปอเรชั่น (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) ได้รับการรับรองคุณภาพว่ามีระบบการผลิตที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูง ได้แก่ ผลิตภัณฑ์ประเภทยาฆ่าแมลง ซึ่งผลิตในโรงงานที่ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐาน ISO9001 (ระบบบริหารงานคุณภาพ) ISO14001 (ระบบการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม) และ GMP (ระบบการจัดการและควบคุมการผลิตอาหารให้ปลอดภัย) ส่วนโรงงานแห่งที่สอง ผลิตสินค้ากลุ่มทำความสะอาด โดยโรงงานแห่งนี้ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐาน ISO9001 (ระบบบริหารงานคุณภาพ) ISO14001 (ระบบการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม) และ GMP (ระบบการจัดการและควบคุมการผลิตอาหารให้ปลอดภัย) และ HACCP (ระบบการวิเคราะห์อันตรายและจุดวิกฤตที่ต้องควบคุมในการผลิตอาหาร)

The Company strives to continually develop and improve existing products and also to create new products trough its research and development department. The company currently markets approximately 120 products under 100 trademarks.
