- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Monitor product quality, lead problem‑solving activities, and drive PDCA for continuous improvement.
- Manage manpower, assign tasks, and develop operator skills through training and coaching.
- Ensure machines, tools, and equipment are in good working condition and support uninterrupted production.
- Improve production processes, eliminate waste, and implement KAIZEN, 5S, and standard work.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to resolve production issues and support new product or process changes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct routine inspections in production areas.
- Maintain production reports, quality data, and essential documentation (SOP, WI).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, PDCA, Lean, KAIZEN, and 5S.
- Leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills (5 Why, Fishbone).
- Effective communication, coordination, and decision‑making abilities.
- Familiar with safety standards and compliance requirements in manufacturing.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and deliver consistent results.
