* Provide the function of Interior/Architectural Construction Manager function for projects in hospitality, commercial, education and fitness industries
* Provide Management and coordination of Architectural and Interior Works
* Monitor and control the Construction works to ensure compliance with designs, specifications, regulations, permits and industry best practice
* Review of Drawings and Specifications and provide comment/improvement/considerations for Construction
* Monitoring worker productivity and compliance with building and safety requirements
* Monitor contractors scheduled work shifts (day and night), tasks and performance
* Measure quantities of materials used and work performed/progress
* Control and monitoring construction materials and sub-contract procurement
* Review and comment on Contractor Shop Drawings and similar submissions for approval
* Provide construction and planning coordination between owners, contractors, suppliers and similar
* Advise contractors on construction technical specifications and best practices
* Provide guidance and resolve site issues with the contractor(s) on construction matters
* Maintain good construction knowledge within the applicable discipline of expertise
* Undertake ongoing inspections of the work and manage and document QA/QC
* Witness and document any site testing or commissioning
* Manage and document construction meetings (English & Thai)
* Prepare and submit weekly inspection reports, monthly progress reports to supervisor(s) and prepare other reports and documents as needed – English Language
* Maintain good documentation relating to the works, daily tasks and manage construction document control systems
* Manage request for information, request for approvals, material approvals and similar including coordination with designers, other consultants or the client
* Manage and delegate tasks to other team members and control his/her daily/weekly tasks
* Support project scheduling activities with Project Manager and track and report construction progress
* Other tasks following supervisor’s assignment or company policy
