Contract Administrator (Japanese Skill)
บริษัท สกิลพาวเวอร์ เซอร์วิส (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด- Timely and accurately create, amend, and delete GR/SES (receipt and code) and accept it in ERP and relevant system on behalf of business lines upon request (with proper supporting documents).
- Work and follow-up with suppliers, Payables, business lines, and related parties to troubleshoot GR/SES or receiving related when issues arise, including complex issues until case closure.
- Ensure key deliverables of team are completed timely and properly (KPI Target, Daily Productivity, SLA, etc.)
- Ensure all work associated with the development and management of Orders is in- compliance with applicable laws and established controls.
- Provide training to new team member and conduct peer review as needed
- Look for process improvement to enhance deliverables with the 3Es in mind (Effectiveness, Efficiency, Experience) as necessary/when see opportunity.
- Position will receive direction and support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good Command of English and Japanese (JLPT N2+)
- Proficient in Microsoft Offices, Experience in using company system is a plus
- Fast learner, Able to work in team and individually
- Time management, Detail oriented, Service minded
- Strong administrative, communication and coordination skill
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8.00 - 17.00
Employment Type: Contract with Manpower for 1 year (with benefits) renew contract based on company consideration from performance
