- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
- Issue Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and on time.
- Negotiate price, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Monitor and follow up delivery status to ensure on-time arrival of goods and materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, Accounting, etc.) to confirm purchasing needs.
- Maintain and update vendor list and purchasing records.
- Review invoices, verify accuracy, and coordinate with Accounting for payment.
- Support cost reduction and supplier development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and ethical purchasing practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (manufacturing experience preferred).
- Knowledge of purchasing procedures, materials management, and supplier negotiation.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Computer literacy: MS Office, ERP system experience is an advantage.
- Good command of English (for communication with foreign suppliers).
- High sense of responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail.
