- Develop and enhance packaging standards for automotive parts, particularly KD parts, to improve operational efficiency and ensure safe transportation.
- Design, review, and validate packaging structures to ensure they are suitable for real-world usage, transport conditions, and cost targets.
- Promote the use of environmentally friendly packaging technologies, including reusable and smart packaging, while researching sustainable materials and solutions to support the company’s sustainability goals.
- Ensure packaging project outputs meet company and customer quality standards, using quality management tools to track progress and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage project costs by monitoring expenses, optimizing cost models, and reducing costs through material improvements and standardization.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with packaging projects, coordinating with teams to resolve critical issues and ensure timely delivery.
- Utilize and support packaging data management systems such as SAP or databases to maintain accurate, complete, and traceable information.
- Lead or support regional packaging improvement initiatives to align with global standards and continuously optimize processes.
- Research and apply new packaging technologies, materials, structures, and digital tools, including design and simulation software, to enhance packaging quality and efficiency.
- Plan and support order-specific packaging execution, preparing material lists and container loading plans, while providing on-site guidance and troubleshooting.
- Organize, maintain, and archive packaging documentation for KD orders to ensure clarity, completeness, and traceability.
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Printing and Packaging Technology, Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
2.Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry with familiarity in automotive operations or project management.
3.Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
4.Skilled in using office software such as Microsoft Office or WPS, and proficient in design software for packaging or engineering purposes (e.g., CAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
