Main Responsibilities ;
1. Safety Management
· Strategies and operational policies for safety, occupational health, and the environment in accordance with safety regulations and laws.
· Conduct a review of the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and ensure that both employees and contractors adhere to compliance standards.
· Involve safety patrols and enforce site safety regulations and contractor safety requirements.
· Promote Behavior-Based Safety (BBS), and safety campaigns in organizations.
· Be a team member and support emergency preparedness and drills.
2. Contractor & Training
· Manage contractor safety programs and provide safety training.
· Coordinate and deliver SHE training to employees and contractors.
· Ensure proper use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
3. Legal & Regulatory Compliance
· Conduct legal compliance checks and gap analyses for new regulations.
· Prepare and submit reports required by Thai law (e.g., environmental monitoring, hazardous chemicals, annual drills).
4. Environmental Management
· Perform waste management and disposal in compliance with Thai law and regulations.
· Coordinate with external vendors for environmental monitoring and emergency equipment calibration.
· Review environmental risks and opportunities and maintain the environmental management system.
5. Emergency Response & Incident Management
· Support emergency response planning and drills.
· Lead in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
· Act as deputy secretary for the Management of Change (MOC) committee.
6. Documentation & Reporting
· Maintain and update SHE documentation, work instructions, and forms.
· Support internal and external audits and consolidate follow-up actions.
· Prepare data for annual SHE performance reports.
· Statistics and analyze and recommendations regarding work-related accidents, illnesses, or nuisances.
7. ISO Parts
· Be a Document Control Center (DCC) of organization.
· Support ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification and maintenance.
· Interface with other functions to solve issues and continuous improvements.
