Responsibilities:
WAREHOUSE & LOGISTIC
• Manage in overall of operations warehouse and transport operations for ensure that operations to effectively include continuous
• Manage logistics solution for all customers .
• Monitor for inventory and delivery accuracy in warehouse
• To liaise with intergroup companies.
• To handle claims received from customer and claim to Vendor.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system
• Schedule and monitor the movement of inbound and outbound shipments
• Control all warehouse operation at the warehouse includes control daily operation activities
• Stock Planning.
• Monitor stock return to HQ and scrap processing.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Control Customer Service to play an active role in delivering service excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction and provide consistent quality customer service.
• Ensure that CS team properly coordinates orders and loading details with customer, sales, planning, Imp-Ex, and other related parties
• Monitor and control CS team to complete process incoming Customer queries
• Achieve 100% customer service level.
BOI
• Handle and management overall BOI, Customs, import-export operations and criteria on materials
• Coordinate and Processing all documentation concerning with BOI and IC for Machinery, Raw material, Formulas, Import and Export process authorities for all countries.
• Coordinate and Processing all documentation concerning with Customs/ Shipping in term of air freight, sea freight and Customs clearance effectively.
• Support business under customs and BOI's regulations and Laws and ensure the Company get great benefits.
• Stock control for BOI stock. Take care NG/ Scrap of BOI.
• Monitor all papers work regarding to government department regulation and requirements
Others
• Other assignment from supervisor and/or management.
