Facility Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical)

Position: Facility Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical)
As part of our Facility Management Team, you will ensure the reliable, efficient, and safe operation of data center infrastructure. While responsibilities may overlap, some tasks are specific to either electrical or mechanical disciplines.
Key Responsibilities: 

• Shared (Both Electrical & Mechanical Engineers):

• Oversee operations and maintenance of respective systems in data centers.

• Develop specifications and support system integration with IT, structural, and other teams.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for daily operations.

• Maintain documentation, issue work permits (MOPs/scripts), and ensure preventive maintenance.

• Support project execution (budgeting, scheduling, quality control).

• Stand by for emergency response and assist ECC (Enterprise Command Center) operators.

• Conduct training for ECC staff related to systems operation.

• Perform heat load and airflow calculations for HVAC systems.

• Provide deep technical expertise on mechanical and cooling systems.

• Perform power load and distribution design.

• Provide deep technical expertise on electrical systems, UPS, and power backup.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data center or mission-critical facility operations.
• Hands-on experience in design, operation, and commissioning of respective systems.
• Familiar with standards related to power, HVAC, and facility safety systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and BMS/EPMS; BIM or CFD is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
