หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Account Manager

- Prepare joint business plans and lead weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews

- Coordinate across teams and with brand partners to execute campaigns and store activities

- Plan promotions and analyze campaign performance: sales, traffic, conversion, and funnel

- Manage day-to-day store operations: graphic briefs, banner uploads, campaign submissions

- Generate reports and actionable insights for internal and external team

- Lead or participate in ad-hoc cross-functional projects

Account Associate

- Preparing joint business plan and driving weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reviews of performance against targets

- Coordinating cross-functionally with brands, and sales and marketing team to deliver the right solution and results.

- Planning promotional campaigns and coordinating execution with brand partners

- Conducting regular analysis on sales, traffic, conversion, and customer funnel. Generate insight to guide promotional and marketing input

- Manage and optimize onsite marketing tools and affiliate marketing tools

- Day to day operations on executing graphic briefs, store set ups, cutting & uploading banners, and campaign submissions to platform

- Create reports and provide necessary insights to internal and external team.

- Participate or lead in adhoc projects across functions.

Account Executive

- Understand and analyze the client’s needs and objectives

- Communicate between client and internal working team on TikTok Live, Short-Videos, KOL campaigns and more

- Ensure that every LIVE streaming session or Short Videos are of the optimal performance and coordinate with the production team as needed

- Prepare campaign proposals and pitch decks for potential clients

- Prepare performance reports for clients

- Develop media strategy, target audience plan and budget allocation according to client campaign objective.

- Handle day to day operation with clients and implement media planning according to proposal.

- Stay up to date with all social media viral trend to keep Ripples’ suggested contents fresh and relevant

คุณสมบัติ

Account Manager

- Bachelor’s degree in any field

- 3+ year experience in account management, e-commerce, or sales & marketing roles

- Strong Excel and data skills

- Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills

- Good English communication (reading/writing)

- Good command of Chinese (reading/writing) is a big plus

Account Associate

- New graduates are welcome.

- Any previous work experience in relevant sales and marketing, e-commerce managers, key-account manager is a bonus.

- Good attention to detail

- Passion for e-commerce landscape and familiar with e-commerce marketplace such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok

- Quick learner who’s able to perform under pressure

Account Executive

- Diploma to Bachelor Degree or other equivalent

- Personable and attentive

- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills

- Able to work well under pressure

- Follow trend of digital marketing and social media especially TikTok
