หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain the project quality management system (QMS).
Establish and enforce Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), quality procedures, and checklists.
Review and approve method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with specifications.
Lead and supervise the QA/QC team, including engineers and inspectors, across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.
Conduct site inspections and audits to verify compliance with quality standards.
Manage and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and third-party laboratories on quality matters.
Prepare and submit quality reports, records, and documentation as required by the contract.
Ensure materials and workmanship comply with international standards (ASTM, ACI, BS, EN, ISO) or Thai standards.
Support project handover by preparing as-built documentation and final quality dossiers.
Provide training and guidance to site teams to improve quality awareness and compliance.
Ensure integration of quality requirements with safety (HSE) and environmental management systems.

คุณสมบัติ

✅ Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in QA/QC for large-scale construction projects, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, construction codes, and international standards.
Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with consultants, EPC contractors, and subcontractors.
Proficient in MS Office and construction-related software.
Good command of English (written and spoken)
