About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, responsible, and detail-oriented Operations Manager to help run and oversee the day-to-day activities inside a fast-growing company.
You will work closely with the CEO to manage the team, maintain quality standards, coordinate workflows, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
This is a long-term leadership role with strong growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and support the CEO in managing staff
Coordinate tasks across multiple departments
Manage team schedules, deadlines, and weekly check-ins
Quality control for content output
Quality control for sales performance
Organise and manage Google Drive, Sheets & internal communication channels
Help manage social media posting schedules
Ensure all SOPs are followed consistently
Provide feedback and performance updates to the team
