Basic Salary Range: 80,000 – 120,000 THB
Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment & selection processes in order to attract high qualified candidates to the organization.
• Managing training & development plan in order to develop and skill up employees in all levels
• Manage Payroll team
• Plan and develop HR strategies and policies
• Human Resource Management, compliance with labor laws & regulations and corporate policy
• Manage performance appraisal system, annual increment, bonus payment and promotion system to be as a tool for employee development and motivation.
• Managing and keep updating employee’s working rule and regulations.
• Counsel employees concerning work-related problems/ issues and conduct exit interviews, providing feedback to management when necessary
