• Establish and organize warehouse operations and materials management systems during the initial phase of the project to ensure timely material availability and prevent shortages or storage constraints, particularly for free-issue materials.
• Systematically classify, label, and store materials from the project start to ensure efficient control and traceability.
• Ensure all materials are stored in designated areas in accordance with storage standards to prevent damage, loss, or misuse.
• Supervise material handling, loading, unloading, and internal transportation activities, ensuring safety and operational efficiency.
• Manage inventory of construction and free-issue materials, including concrete, cement, rebar, structural steel, and other project-related materials.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all material receipts, issuances, returns, and transfers.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of receiving documents, including purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and goods receipt records.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile stock balances with system records; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Control and manage waste, surplus materials, and scrap generated from free-issue construction materials.
• Monitor scrap quantities during storage and usage, coordinating reconciliation with project, finance, purchasing, and contractor teams.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock movement reports to relevant departments.
• Ensure all material transactions (receipts, issues, returns, and transfers) are properly recorded in SAP and warehouse/inventory management systems.
• Comply with safety regulations and procedures, particularly when handling hazardous, heavy, or sensitive materials.
• Ensure adherence to project-specific procedures, including material traceability, quality control, and audit requirements.
• Perform duties on a shift basis as required by project operations
