Senior Human Resource Management - 1 position

The successful candidate will manage and develop key HR functions that support manufacturing operations - including payroll, compliance, employee relations and people development - while providing data-driven insights and leadership support to the HR manager.  This role aims to strengthen HR system, enhance employee engagement and prepare for future leadership as Deputy HR Manager.

• Min. Bachelor degree in HRM, Business administration, Industrial Psychology or a related field.
• Min. 8 years of experience in HR management in Manufacturing or Industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of payroll law and regulations, factory operations and HR best practices.
• Experience using Payroll software or HROS (e.g. B-Plus or similar)
• High accuracy and data integrity management.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Power BI or HR reporting tools.
• Experience in Talent management, Succession planning, and Performance Management systems.
• Strong communication skills in Thai and English
• Strong interpersonal and leadership potential with a caring and collaborative approach.
• Experience with ISO9001.
