Process Engineer (Contract 1 year)

Department: Decoration Engineering Department
- Identify and provide appropriate line tooling for each production process.
- Determine standard man-hours for each product.
- Design and implement effective material handling methods.
- Identify and control critical process parameters to ensure product quality.
- Manage the Printing FEP (Final engineering pilot) production plan.
- Monitor and control Printing FEP (Final engineering pilot) quality and adherence to standards.
- Develop and improve processes in the decorated (decoration) production line.
- Monitor process security and ensure safety in the decoration area.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Open to new graduates
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, summarize, and visualize data using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other dashboard/reporting tools.
- Good command of English (spoken and written) — must be able to communicate effectively with international engineering teams from Malaysia, Indonesia, China, etc.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn and grow in a team environment.
- Experience or knowledge in printing or decoration processes will be considered an advantage.
