สามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้
- วางแผน ควบคุม และติดตามการจัดฝึกอบรมทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
- วิเคราะห์ความจำเป็นในการฝึกอบรม (Training Need) และจัดทำแผนฝึกอบรมประจำปี
- จัดทำและทบทวนเส้นทางการพัฒนา (Training Road Map) และงบประมาณการฝึกอบรม
- ควบคุมการจัดฝึกอบรม In-House, Public, OJT และปฐมนิเทศบุคลากรใหม่
- ประสานงานยื่นรับรองหลักสูตรกับกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน
- ติดตามผลและจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการฝึกอบรม
- สอนงาน ให้คำปรึกษา และพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรในฝ่าย
- พัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบงานพัฒนาและฝึกอบรมให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี หรือ ปริญญาโท สาขาการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์, การพัฒนาองค์กร, การบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี และมีประสบการณ์หัวหน้างานอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีความรู้ด้านการออกแบบหลักสูตร การประเมินผล และการจัดทำ Training Road Map
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การวิเคราะห์ และการบริหารทีมที่ดี
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ได้ดี
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี

On-site and mobile health check-up services are also provided. Currently staffed by more than 300 doctors and 500 nursing staff, the Hospital has an inpatient bed capacity of 190 and daily outpatient capacity of 2,000.
