- Analyze and monitor expenses associated with the manufacturing and delivery of products.
- Monitor raw materials and labor costs, ensuring compliance with costing standards, and reporting findings to management.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify root causes of deviations from standard costs.
- Validate standard costs for products and processes.
- Provide detailed reports and actionable insights to management on product costing and profitability.
1. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting
2. Experience : 2–3 years of accounting experience; exposure to cost accounting is a plus
3. Highlighted skills/knowledge :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power BI, and familiarity with Oracle ERP system
- Knowledge of financial software and automated reporting tools is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
