1. Manage overall export functions such as order confirming, order summarizing, following up with Export Operations and Production Planning Communicate customers as well as maintain solid relationship.
2. Prepare quotations, update market situations, and negotiate to close deals.
3. Achieve sales targets for export markets.
4. Handle inquiries, complaints and coordinate with all related parties to make sure all problems are solved in a productive way.
5. Take care of overseas customers during their visits.
6. Knowledge of the details of the export business while making sure that all transactions are as per company’s policies.
7. Provide guidance to your customer service, planning and logistics teams to ensure that customers receive their appropriate shipments
8. Monitor marketing trend and export market situation.
9. Prepare monthly report to Business Development Manager.
10. Participate in product training.
