หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Investigate and analyze software issues from the company application raised by users
- support users for training as needed
- To support company core system which related to operation, warehouse, store, sales, etc.
- Be able to working in multiple projects simultaneously.
- Monitor and take action on application processing task as per a pre-schedule defined.
- Knowledge sharing and solve issue. To manage end-to-end IT operation & security to ensure all services up and running properly.
คุณสมบัติ
- 3+ years as IT Application Support
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, IT, Information System, or related field.
- Deep knowledge of Transactional SQL
- Provide data for internal / external auditor and users
- Able to communicate in English
- fast learner, self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude
