Application Support (Hospital Application)
The Application Support will provide technical support as business flow for existing software, maintain applications, revise process and support the applications for all users in our hospitals.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain the core hospital software application to ensure the service quality in the part of Technical support.
- Handle the issues as the routine incident on production, able to provide workaround and long-term solution.
- Analyze and improve process to complete the operational issues of HIS (Hospital Information Systems).
- Monitor and provide the routine troubleshooting as the daily basis in a Modules.
- Participate and implement project as the core team for hospitals.
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
- Assists with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options, and communicating these back to the business stakeholders.
