• Proceed the payroll processes and variable pay (OT, Bonus and allowances)
• Record, check, control, and generate time attendance reports
• Proceed salary payment, pay slip and submit payment reports to management
• Generate and complete relevant forms of monthly/yearly income tax reports, social security funds, submission reports, provident funds, etc.
• Prepare and manage salary survey, annual salary increment, bonus calibration and C&B budget as well as group insurance renewal transaction management
• Implement strategy to maximize employee motivation and performance
• Monitor compensation and benefits programs and ensure their effectiveness and efficiency within the company context
• Initiate and implement HRIS system solutions and employee database to support HR initiatives
• Provide the remuneration package proposal for New hire, Promotion and Transfer to ensure fairness within the company to retain talent and competitiveness among industries
• Conduct and analyze market survey to develop reward strategies
• Review and update HR policy to align with change on regulation and market practice
• Analyze and understand the flow of employee benefits and compensation data
• Administer to input and update Employee personal data
• Manage accuracy of time attendance record
• Communicate to employees on issues about payroll and benefits
• Coordinate with Governments for the case of employee welfare by law
