- Managing all aspects of business development, develop Business Development strategy to gain market share to achieve goals
- Conducting research and identify potential prospect
- Develop and Maintain strong relationship with hotel owner in order to win the Hotel management project
- Prepare monthly reports that provide sales figures to corporate leaders, as well as reports that forecast expected future sales volume and sales strategies.
- Responsible for developing mutually profitable customer relationships at many levels within the account base and requires exceptional sales, consulting and communication skills as well as the ability to work with all stakeholder
- Thai or Expatriate
- Bachelor or Master in Marketing or related filed
- Minimum 5 years Business Development experience from leading hotel chain
- Solid track record in closing deal
- Well connected with hotel owner is highly desirable
- Independent, presentable and articulate
- Fluent English
