Branding and Marketing
• More than 5 years work experience in brand management especially skincare products and cosmetics or retail brands
• Experience in specifically managing cosmetics brands would be an advantage, but is not essential
• Experience working in/for international businesses
• Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
• Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
• Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
• Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
• Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
• Competitor and customer insights analysis
Sales
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Other Responsibilities
• Connect and coordinate with suppliers to increase efficiency in all related issues concerning suppliers
• Understand accounting functions and financial statements in order to help manage the P&L and cash flow of the business
• Able to coordinate with transportation and warehousing function to optimize the supply
chain process
