• Respond for monthly financial reports of retail malls (P&L, Occupancy, ARR, A/R, etc.) with accuracy and timely.
• Review financial information, can identify unusual transaction, analyze actual results to budgets, forecast and last year.
• Prepare rolling forecast, annual budget with executives and other departments.
• Deliver on ongoing, ad-hoc reporting needs and performs other related duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with teams of functional areas to identify opportunities to operate more efficiently.
