Responsibilities
• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
• To provide direct business support for Corporate Strategy Office, support on the collection and collation of information relevant and related to the Corporate Strategy Office and interpret and analyze where appropriate
• Attend meetings and keep minutes
• Respond to, and resolve where appropriate, telephone, face to face, e-mail and postal enquiries. Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Make travel arrangements for executives
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
• Organize and maintain the office filing system
• Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
