หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
Operate category execution through target market which relate on category strategic plan.
Develop way of working to turn strategic idea to be implementation plan.
Monitor and track result of activity to ensure execution effectiveness
Be responsible for setting competitive pricing points, providing price guideline to sale team and adjusting the pricing to ensure competitiveness
Define promotional strategies to achieve sales goals and tailor promotional mechanic to each channel and key customer
Drive for attractive product presentation/visibility and effective communication at point of sales
Analyze market/ channel data, competitors’ movement, and program performance, then present findings and recommend future program, and development of plan
Lead execution plan and communication to cross function or related co-party.
Tracking distribution and sales performance on monthly basis.
Understand market and channel differentiation to conduct effective implementation approach. Cooperate with sales department to plan Join Business Planning with key customers to drive and sales promotion of the company
Manage & control spending of all activation programs
คุณสมบัติ
1.Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
2.1-2 years of working experience in Trade Marketing, Sales and Key Account, TT or HORECA Channel.
3.Have a working knowledge of the products, consumer needs, buying practices, sales goals, shopper marketing and retail environment related to responsible category
4.Good leadership, analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
5.Excellent computer skills (Microsoft office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
6.Demonstrates strong communication skills both written and verbal, especially in persuasion and interpersonal relations.
7.Good communication skills both in Thai and English.
