หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

- Assist Customer Service Manager with costing submission, sampling and order processing.

- Issue SO for NPD sample and sealed samples/pre-production samples.

- For new Pos check process with CS Manager and ship date with Planning before sending PI to customers.

- Update weekly order report and NPD tracker and discuss with CS Manager before sending to customers every Monday

- Fill shared costing sheets and other customers’ spreadsheets carefully and in timely manner.

- Support CS Manager with QC inspection for customer order before shipment when needed.

- Make sure order are shipped according to customer’ requirements and work closely with the shipping manager.

- Make sure order which need hallmarking are arranged correctly with Warburg and the production team.

- Handle returns from with customer so that they are taken care of according to what, CS Manager agrees with customer such as issue credit note with shipping, fixing replacement, etc and after approval with CEO.

คุณสมบัติ

- High level of communication skills.

- Good command of English.

- Good knowledge of jewelry production, product development, costing and sampling process.

- Excellent customer service-minded.
