Export Commercial Administration Coordinator (6 months contract)

- To facilitate and handle the documentation works both offline and online in Export Department, which include the service for CLMP and other export countries.
Key Accountabilities:
- To handle the documentation works, such as,
Contract preparation
PR issuance
Issue CN/DN request
Customer complaint
Rolling monthly forecast
Budget and RF preparation
Expense claim
Book flight / hotel
Courier
Archive the documents
Order and return assets
- To collaborate with the Data Analyze Team for the report preparation (if any).
- To support sales function for, but not limited to:-
Price preparation in the Salesforce system
Gather loading quantity from the Supply Chain team
Customers’ payment tracking
Presentation
Rebate calculation
- To collaborate with other departments for internal processes i.e. sample request, new item code registration follow up, etc.
- To attend credit control meeting
- Friendly working atmosphere of collaboration and sharing
