In-charge of all field construction activities and ensure that construction deliver the best performance of productivity, safety and quality.

• Report to Construction Manager / Superintendent or others according to organization chart
•  Fully understand contractual construction requirement. Assist superior to formulate construction plan and ensure that plan are understood by construction team
•  Manpower Planning
•  Activate mobilization and demobilization plan and detail site set up
• Track progress status during construction and alert Construction Manager / Construction Superintendent if deviation from plan occurred
• Co-ordinate internally and externally regarding the construction matter
• Raise potential Engineering problem with PM/PE and CM/CS
• Ensure that construction drawing are available on time for construction team
• Other than specify in organization chart, Field Engineer shall deputizes the CM/CS roles during his absence from site
• Prepare material take-off sheet to PE for cost estimated of change order and obtain approval from client
• Follow up the material & consumables requisition with Logistic & Purchasing department.
• Attend site meeting with client and hold internal site meeting
• Ensure that punch listing is performed and drive construction team to achieve Mechanical completion date

• Give proper instruction & clear assignment to subordinate
• Assign the suitable person to the task and monitor closely
• Appraisal the subordinate’s performance
• Recheck the document control system to ensure that it is complied with ISO 9001 and TIS/OHSAS 18001
• Responsible and Act according to the requirements under TIS/OHSAS 18001 
• Responsible and Act according to the requirements under ISO 14001
