Office Administration
• Handle the day-to-day administrative duties of the office
• Organizing office supply and stationery and other procurement
• Working with the multiple vendors for negotiating the deals, and evaluate the comparison in each dimension such as price, quality, delivery speeding, and other factors.
• To review the company contracts in each parts such as the rental contract, service contract.
• To ensure that good working conditions are regularly maintained i.e. office facilities, office cleaning, etc.
• To work as a project coordinator in controlling such as office renovation (end-to-end process) to be completed as the timeline.
• Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment and office premises
• Handling PR & PO issue within timeframe with accuracy.
• Monitor office seating layout and Telephone no. arrangement
• Taking care of office’s vehicles; regular maintenance, car rental
• Maintaining the project’s filing system and inventory list
• Control service of maid , Security guard
• Travel management and arrangements
• Perform other related duties as required
