หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Planning a strategy, recruiting and developing an outstanding Quality Assurance and Engineering team.
- Implement and execute engineering practices and standard throughout the organization as well as enforcing best practices and coding standard.
- Ensure that the resources is allocating efficiently
- Handling customer requirements across various countries including Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia
- Coaching and mentoring an engineering team.
- Analyze and identify the suitable technology platforms to deliver a company’s services.
- Liaise with others team such as UX designer, product Managers and others parties
- Preparing a monthly report on the status of development, system and quality performance
- Enhancing the implementation of agile process.
- Monitoring QA and engineers’ performance by creating performance management framework.
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's Master or PH.D in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, oversea educated is a plus
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in managing a large engineering team.
- Familiar with Micoservices designing and developing
- Solid experience in developing complex interactive applications.
- Good understanding of Kubernetes or Docker application
- Experience in ecommerce is a plus
- Expert in PHP
- Strong track record in delivering large project
- Fluent English
