หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Managing, leading and controlling the daily operations of CAD Product Design, Modeling, Blocking and Case Making departments for the brands in APAC aligning with Global PD
- Ongoing coordination and in-depth cooperation with the SRB production team (or Outsource in APAC) in order to identify, analyze and solve product development related problems in the production.
- Testing and controlling new models against their technical feasibility from the point of view of the new model development and in compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
- Performing analyses and reports on new product development area for the management reflecting APAC demand in alignment with global network
- Managing all process related to the annual budget preparation for the function.
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor Degree or Master degree in Engineering, oversea graduated is a plus
- Minimum 8 years of experiences in Product development, preferably from ceramics or sanitary ware industry.
- Knowledge of the ceramics technology
- Knowledge of model building, CAD design.
- Knowledge of casting processes (pressure casting and plaster casting)
- Excellent English skills
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- Fluent English
