Responsible for all HR functions (HR strategy, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Employee & Labor Relations, Performance Evaluation, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll) and all other human resources related activities necessary to support the business needs.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Laws or Human resources Management or any relate fields.
-HRM management Experienced in manufacturing and ISO system is a must
-HRM management experienced in manufacturing (export)
- At least 15 years of experience in HR Strategy and having excellent knowledge of Human resources Management.
- Good knowledge of labor law.
- Good communication and listening skills both Thai & English.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Experience in working with litsted company would be advantaged.
